Chakras (The Energry Centers)

Chakras are energy centers in the body that influence physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The word chakra comes from Sanskrit, meaning “wheel” or “disk,” referring to the spinning vortices of energy located along the spine. There are seven main chakras, each associated with a specific color, element, and aspect of life.

The Seven Main Chakras & Their Meanings
